How is delivery and collection charged?

Delivery and collection costs are calculated by location, time-frame and item size. Dry hire (pick-up from our studio) is available upon request. We assess each event accordingly and the estimated costs will be detailed in your quote. When pricing delivery and collection we take into consideration, the time taken to load the pieces into our truck, the time taken to drive to the event location, the time taken to deliver and set up the pieces as well as the time taken to pack down and return the pieces to our studio.

No pieces is reserved without a desposit and returned signe dhire agreement.

Absolutly! Upon delivery, our team will set up the pieces in accordance with your vision.
